CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
CARDIO
BOXING
A bag smashin’, adrenaline pumpin’, action packed class that combines high energy music with
kicks and punches of boxing for the ultimate conditioning workout. Improve cardiovascular fitness
and muscle definition. Be prepared to have fun and work hard! All levels.
CARDIO KICKBOXING
A fierce and fun cardio workout tailored for intermediate and advanced levels. Utilizes kickboxing and plyometric moves.
CORE CYCLE
Prepare to unleash the power in your legs and tap into your core! A 45-minute Cycle followed by a 15-minute ab and back workout. All levels.
CYCLE
Get your cardio buzz going with this great indoor cycling class taught to energizing music! Emphasizes technique broken up with sprints, flats, intervals and hill climbs. All levels.
HOT CYCLE
A 45-minute class focused on speed play and cardiovascular conditioning. Includes a short warm-up and cool down with an extended stretching component. Come prepared to sweat and have an amazing workout! Fans will not be turned on during class. YOU MUST BRING A WATER BOTTLE. All levels.
TOTAL CYCLE
A total body workout on the bike! Improve your cardiovascular fitness and strength. Incorporates light weights to work out your upper body and core while getting a great speed and strength workout with the bike. Be ready to work hard and have fun in this high energy class! All levels.
EXTREME DANCE
A challenging cardiovascular workout with latest moves from Hip Hop, Disco, Bollywood, West African Jazz, Swing, Latin styles and more. Sweat dance and get your groove on! All levels.
BODYROCK
Whether you’re looking for a dance class that lets you get down like a pop star or a fun workout to shed pounds, BodyRock is a great way to have fun and stay in shape. With custom choreography and high energy, the pounds and the time seem to fly by! Take it once, and you’ll be hooked! All levels.
ZUMBA
A fusion of Latin, international and popular dance beats creating a dynamic, exhilarating, effective aerobic workout. The routines feature fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance steps. Get moving in this calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring class! All levels.
CARDIO + STRENGTH
B4
A high intensity, super energetic workout that will test and improve your strength, endurance and ability to have fun! In this 1 hour class you will use kettle bells, sand bags, bands and med balls. All levels.
CHAOS
Chaotic fun! This upbeat, total body workout incorporates almost every piece of equipment in CG Arena. Consists of several 2 – 3 minute stations including boxing on a bag, punch mits with a trainer, tire flips, battle ropes, agility drills, plyometrics, TRX, monkey bars, jump rope, hill climbs and much more! The goal of the class is to keep your body moving and heart rate up for the entire 60 minutes. All levels.
HIT CIRCUIT
High intensity stations focusing on strength and plyometric movements utilizing a variety of equipment. Get ready to train hard in this high energy, total body conditioning workout! All levels.
R.I.P.P.E.D.
The One Stop Body Shock! Experience this total body “plateau proof fitness formula” workout utilizing resistance and cardio training. Masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet into a fun-filled, calorie-burning workout! All levels.
SPORTS CONDITIONING
This sport-specific strength and conditioning class will help you achieve your athletic and fitness goals. Improve your speed, agility, power and core strength! Also emphasizes proper running form, plyometrics and weight lifting mechanics to ensure maximum performance and injury prevention. All levels.
STRENGTH
STRENGTH
Challenge yourself with this total body functional workout! Increase muscular strength and endurance utilizing free weights, body bars, steps, resistance bands, gliders and more. All levels.
TRX TRAINING
Total body suspension training uses bodyweight resistance to simultaneously develop strength, power, endurance, flexibility, balance and core stability. Whether you’re young or old, out of shape or at the top of your game, TRX Training meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go. Make your body your machine!
PILATES & YOGA
PILATES MAT
Develop strong core muscles, tone the entire body, and increase flexibility and coordination in this Pilates mat class. Great for all levels.
VINYASA YOGA
A vigorous form of yoga involving moving from one pose to the next linked to the breath, creating a smooth series of postures that run together and flow like a dance. Cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, focus and endurance. Fun, sweaty and rejuvenating! All levels.
