CG Arena Memberships: CG Arena Memberships are month-to-month and twelve-month agreements that automatically renew each month. Twelve-month agreements become month-to-month on the thirteenth month.
Payment: A credit/debit card is needed to create an account. Membership dues (including Texas Sales & Use Tax) is automatically drafted from the card on file on the first of each month. Memberships that do not start on the first of each month will have a prorated payment and amount of classes. After this initial prorated amount the membership will be debited on the first of each month.
Membership Level: Membership levels can be changed at any time. In order to be effective for the subsequent month, written notice of the request should be submitted in-person, by email or mail 3 days prior to the month of the upgrade/downgrade.
Membership Freeze: Accounts can be frozen for one month one time per year assuming the account is in good standing. In order to freeze your account, written notice must be received in-person, by email or mail 10 days before your next payment. There is a $5 non-refundable charge per frozen month. After a one month freeze, your account will automatically be reinstated and your automatic payments will resume as normal. During a freeze you are not entitled to use the CG International, LLC facility or amenities. Frozen memberships may not be cancelled.
Moving: If you move your permanent residence 30 miles or more from any CG Arena facility and would like to cancel your Arena membership, you must submit written request to cancel with a copy of one of the following items as confirmation of your new address: a utility bill in your name, a bank or credit card statement in your name, your new driver’s license, your new lease, your new employer letter, your military orders which include location and report date, or a document verifying your campus address. Your written request to cancel and proof of move must be received 10 days before your next payment is due in-person, by email via photo attachment to email@example.com, by fax to 866-212-9558 or mailed to CG International, LLC to 9185 Research Blvd. Austin, TX 78758.
Cancel Membership: Cancellations are accepted in-person, by email via photo attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org, by fax to 866-212-9558 or mailed to CG International, LLC to 9185 Research Blvd. Austin, TX 78758. Cancellations must be received at least 10 days before the end of the month to allow for processing time. Cancellations received before the twelve-month commitment is complete will be processed after the completion of the twelve-month agreement.
